Laboratory sites

On 1 April 2015, the  Medical Research Council's National Institute for Medical Research and  Cancer Research UK 's London Research Institute became part of the new Francis Crick Institute (the Crick).

The construction of the institute's new facilities at St Pancras was completed in August 2016. Researchers are gradually starting to move from their laboratories to the new Crick Lab.

The legacy laboratory sites are at Mill Hill and Lincoln's Inn Fields in London and Clare Hall in Hertfordshire. This section provides information about the history of each site and lists of Crick researchers currently based there.

See Contact us for interim contact details.

  • The Francis Crick Institute is a consortium of six of the UK's most succesful scientific academic organisations - the Medical Research Council, Cancer Research UK, the Wellcome Trust, UCL (University College London), Imperial College London and King's College London.
